These Terms of Use govern access to the website of Orchard Kit Studio, located at 88 Maple Avenue, Tartu, Tartu, Estonia. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The site describes our knitting atelier services for informational purposes. Descriptions of lessons, workshops, products, or hours may change; confirm details by emailing [email protected] or calling +372 930 9846 before visiting.

Bookings and purchases are confirmed only when we reply in writing. Prices quoted verbally or by email apply only to that conversation. We may refuse or reschedule appointments when capacity or equipment limits require it.

Intellectual property: text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Orchard Kit Studio. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission.

You agree not to misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. We may remove or ignore abusive messages.

To the extent permitted by law in Estonia, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on website copy alone. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under local consumer law.
